What has been your highlight of the week?

Sold our house. Got a proceedable offer. Not as much as we wanted, but the housing market has stagnated and prices are going down, and set to drop further. At least according to the estate agents we've talked to.

However now we need to locate a house we are happy to buy.

We have a second viewing today. Taking the kids with us, as they also have to like it if we're all going to live there.

You're right the market is not great, with very few new properties coming up for sale. It has slowed down a lot.
